Purpose and Scope: Spiritual Direction is for people who are basically well adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to pay attention to their spiritual life in a consistent and regular way. Spiritual Direction is usually an on-going relationship for many months and often years, although either person can bring the relationship to an end at any time. It is intended to be a spiritual practice, and not simply one or two meetings when someone is experiencing a spiritual crisis.

Disclaimer: Celeste Boudreaux offers services as a Spiritual Director, not as a fully trained or licensed therapist. Her services should not be construed as a substitute or alternative for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and I should see a physician or other qualified specialist for any mental or physical ailment of which I am aware. I understand that Celeste is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness and that nothing said in the course of any session should be construed as such. She also does not offer financial advice or assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.

Booking Policies: Each meeting will last 50-60 minutes and generally be scheduled approximately 4-6 weeks apart. Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If I must cancel or change an appointment, I will do so as soon as possible. I understand that I am responsible for full payment for a missed appointment without at least three hours' notice.

Payment: The session fee is payable in advance of each session by credit card, PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay.

Confidentiality: While I am free to share with others, Celeste Boudreaux will keep our conversations in strict confidence.  I understand that she will not reveal the content of our conversations unless she is required to do so by law, court order, or professional ethics.  Such exceptions include reporting suspected cases of child or elder abuse, imminent self-endangerment (suicide), or harm to others.
